Welcome to the home of Moving Joy Studios! Moving Joy Studios connects you to yourself and others through the joy of movement and dance.  We do this through:

• Creating a safe, stunningly beautiful space for movement, dance, and performance
• Providing a wide range of excellent dance and movement teachers to serve the local, regional, national and global population
• Collaborating with artists, scientists, and other professionals to bring thought-provoking, visually striking performances to audiences
• Creating & Facilitating movement-centered workshops for the community
• Offering one-on-one movement sessions in stretching, bodywork, and massage therapy
